Understanding and implementing The Joint Commission’s (TJC) Medication Management standards continue to be a challenge for some organizations. While much emphasis is placed on these standards for continued safety, they are commonly scored as noncompliant during hospital surveys. During this webinar, participants will learn about TJC medication management standards as well as medication-related National Patient Safety Goals that prove to be the most difficult for hospitals and healthcare systems from a current Joint Commission hospital surveyor who is a pharmacist.
