Medication Therapy Management:
Implementation Strategies to Improve Outcomes
Program Description
You are invited to attend a one-of-a-kind symposium with
dynamic faculty interaction, innovative use of an
audience response system and a personalized plan of
action for your practice. This interactive symposium
will focus on the implementation of Medication Therapy
Management (MTM) services. The program will cover the
"current state" of MTM, best practices in MTM provision
and cost-effective strategies for implementation and
quality improvement of MTM. Additionally, the
interactive program will identify the audience's MTM
strategies/practices through the use of an audience
response system (ARS).

Council for Pharmacy Education as a provider of continuing
pharmacy education. ACPE Universal Program Number
221-000-09-044-L01-P has been assigned to this live
program (initial release date 07-29-09). This program is
acceptable for 3.5 contact hours (0.35 CEUs) in states that
recognize ACPE providers. The program is provided at no cost
to participants. Statements of credit will be issued on-line
upon successful completion of the program evaluation.
Participants must complete a program evaluation to receive
pharmacy CE credit. No partial credit will be given.
