Activity Description

This is a featured CE activity on the Center for Specialty Pharmacy Education (CSPE) website. CSPE is the educational hub of the National Association of Specialty Pharmacy (NASP). This activity was originally presented during the 2020 NASP Virtual Conference. This activity will discuss ways that technology can provide value to the patient experience. Solutions to improve pharmacy operations and strategies to implement new technology will also be discussed.

Learning Objectives

The target audience for this activity is pharmacists. Upon completion of this activity, participants will be able to:

  • Recognize the role of technology in the ability for specialty pharmacies to demonstrate maximum value to patients.
  • Illustrate available solutions to improve automation across all aspects of pharmacy operations.
  • Formulate plans to implement new technologies across your organization.
