Founded in 1999, ProCE integrates the expertise of its staff, bringing a depth of experience in medical education, patient care, public health, medical writing, and event management.

Types of activities – ProCE strives to ensure that every educational activity achieves its unique learning objectives, stimulates practice change, and maximizes clinical application. Our learning activities are creative and engaging, designed to advance the knowledge and clinical competence of healthcare professionals, with the ultimate goal of improving patient outcomes. Tailored to the needs of each audience, activity formats include live symposia and local presentations, simulcasts, webinars, certificate programs, on-demand home study, monographs, and e-books.

Content areas – Our educational activities cover a comprehensive range of content areas, including neuroscience, cardiovascular/pulmonary medicine, critical-care medicine, health information technology, infectious disease, medication safety, and many specialty topics in the fields of medicine, pharmacy, and nursing. We are meticulous in our efforts to ensure that all educational materials and program implementation are free of commercial interest and bias.

Outcomes – Our accredited activities are designed to teach advances in medical science, clinical practice, and technology so that healthcare professionals can improve their knowledge and competence.  Using principles of active learning, ProCE aims to assess the learner’s growth in knowledge and competence in the course of its activities and through follow-up evaluations. We gather both qualitative and quantitative feedback on the qualities of our activities to ensure achievement of learning objectives, participant satisfaction, effective teaching materials, and appropriate formats.
